Why Choose the Sand Ceremony?

With outdoor weddings being very popular,here are a few reasons to choose a sand ceremony over the Unity Candle Ceremony:
1) For an outdoor ceremony the risk of a candle blowing out is HUGE.
     It is not something you should need to worry about on your wedding day.
2) The candle is stored in a box and can be difficult to keep for the future.
     The bottle used in the sand ceremony can be displayed perfectly showing
     your individual sand colors blended into one.
3) The sand ceremony is the preferred choice as it is unique and different.
4) The sand ceremony is spiritual yet non denominational.

Here is a sample of the wording used in your ceremony...
     "BRIDE and GROOM you have just sealed your bond by the giving and receiving of rings and this covenant is a marital pledge between two people who agree that they will commit themselves to one another throughout their lives.
     The most beautiful example of this partnership is the marriage union. Today, this relationship is symbolized through the pouring of these two individual containers of sand.
     One, representing you, BRIDE and all that you were, all that you are, and all that you will ever be, and the other representing you, GROOM, and all that you were and all that you are, and all that you will ever be. As these two containers of sand are poured into the third container, the individual containers of sand will no longer exist, but will be joined together as one.
